He studied at the Medical School of Athens of the National University of Athens (2001-2007). As part of his specialization, he worked in Germany at the Brandenburg Klinik as well as at the Universitaetsklinikum Essen (2011-2013), while he completed the Pathology section at the Hippocrates General Hospital (2013-2014). He completed his training in the specialty of Nephrology at the Laiko General Hospital (2014-2018). He received his postgraduate degree in “Public Health” from the National School of Public Health (2018-2019). He then underwent further training in interventional Nephrology at the University Hospital of Hesse (Universitaetsklinikum Essen, 2019-2020). He then worked in the private sector, at the Standard Nephrology Center of Piraeus (2020-2021), while since 10/2021 he has been working at the Nephrology Clinic of the 2nd National Hospital of Piraeus as an assistant physician, being co-head of the department of interventional Nephrology and the Artificial Kidney Unit.
