Education of resident doctors in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology,\nNephrology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Hematology:<\/span> <\/strong> <\/br>\n\u2022 Resident doctors receive comprehensive training in internal medicine,\nendocrinology, nephrology, gastroenterology, oncology, and hematology.\nTheir education takes place both in patient wards and outpatient clinics, where\nthey gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients\nunder supervision.\n<\/br>\n\u2022 They actively participate in article presentations, medical incident\ndiscussions, and presentations of complex cases, where they present their\nfindings and treatment plans to their peers and senior staff.\n<\/br>\n\u2022 Resident doctors attend specialized courses held during joint meetings of the\nclinic\u2019s medical team. These meetings provide opportunities for them to\ndiscuss the latest research, best practices, and case studies in these medical\nspecialties. <\/span><\/p>

Participation in the Internal and General Duties of the Clinic:<\/strong><\/span> \n<\/br>\n\u2022 Resident doctors are an integral part of the clinic\u2019s daily operations. They\nassist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients, ensuring they\ngain real-world experience in various medical scenarios.<\/br>\n\u2022 They actively participate in both internal duties (such as patient rounds,\nmedical record keeping, and treatment planning) and general duties, including\nemergency medical procedures, patient care coordination, and collaboration\nwith other medical staff and departments within the clinic.\n<\/br>\n\u2022 This involvement allows them to develop key skills in teamwork, time\nmanagement, and patient care under real-life conditions.<\/span><\/p>
